MyPillow Neck and Cervical Bolster Pillow

Ok so I've had this neck roll for a couple weeks now. I will say, when I first got it, yes, it made my neck pain worse because my neck was so screwed up and the pillow is firm. However, like all My Pillows, it softens up fairly quickly. It's been perfect! I tried other neck support pillows but when I lay on my side, I can hear my pulse in my ear. It was too distracting to sleep. I have had a regular My Pillow for a few years. Those were like sleeping on a cloud! There was no pressure against my head to cause me to hear my pulse. But, it didnt get rid of my neck pain. Their neck pillow did the trick! If you happen to get a sore neck at first use, I recommend toughing it out if you can. Because all my neck issues are gone and have stayed away after those initial "growing pains".
