Trusted Eye Health Support Backed by Science
By hashim on Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2025
This supplement contains the exact formula tested in the AREDS2 clinical study, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s based on solid scientific research. The formula includes lutein and zeaxanthin instead of beta-carotene, which is a big plus for those who are former smokers or have health concerns related to beta-carotene. It also provides important vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, zinc, and copper—all known to support eye health. I take it twice a day with meals, and it’s been easy to incorporate into my routine. While supplements aren’t a cure, I do feel confident that I’m doing something proactive to protect my vision as I age. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and the pills are manageable in size. Overall, I highly recommend PreserVision AREDS 2 to anyone at risk for age-related macular degeneration (AMD) or looking to maintain healthy eyes with a supplement that’s trusted by eye care professionals.

Decent but Not Life-Changing – Mixed Results After Long-Term Use
By Customer Review on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2025
I’ve been taking PreserVision AREDS 2 for about a months now, hoping it would help with my mild dry eyes and overall eye health. The minigels are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they don’t leave a fishy aftertaste like some other supplements. However, I haven’t noticed any dramatic improvements in my vision or eye comfort. My optometrist recommended them, so I expected more noticeable benefits, but so far, they just feel like any other multivitamin. The formula includes solid ingredients like lutein and zeaxanthin, which is why I keep using them, but the effects seem subtle at best. My eyes still get tired after screen time, and I haven’t seen any reduction in floaters or light sensitivity. That said, I haven’t had any side effects either, which is a plus. For the price, I’m not sure they’re worth it unless you have a specific eye condition that AREDS 2 is proven to help. They’re fine for maintenance, but don’t expect miracles. I’ll finish the bottle but might not repurchase.
