Appears to be the same as the mount factory mount, but twice the price

I'm not being paid to write this review as some people will say...I'm a professional installer...if you look at this mount and one by another brand called the mount factory, they appear to be the same exact mount, but this one is double the price...even the pictures are similar...just am observation...
