(2 Pack) CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30

CeraVe is not a brand I tend to shy away from simply because they don’t offer any product that’s particularly innovative or exceptional. This is a product that a lot of people seem to love except me. I have oily skin and live in Florida which is very humid. This product is not good for my skin type or environment I live in. For a sunscreen, it's pretty thick and I feel like, for me, it was comedogenic. For anyone who doesn't know, a “comedogenic product” is a term used to describe a product as something that has a tendency to clog your pores and has the potential to cause break outs. This sunscreen doesn't have an ingredient my skin particularly dislikes, it’s just very heavy and again, clogs my pores which then leads to large, irritated pimples. So... Not a fan of the texture. And yes... It does leave a white cast. In my experience, it takes about an hour for that white cast to either go away or become unnoticeable. I'm also an olive-toned white person so the fact that you can see it on me isn't necessarily shocking, but it's definitely an alarming thing to notice for anyone with a darker skin tone than me. It's not a terrible waste of money, but it is a waste of money for me. I will not buy this product again. I don't want to discredit CeraVe as a brand because I’ve seen other products from them that have helped a lot of people, but this sunscreen is not for me.
