Life changer

First and foremost--this is not a perfect product. It could be easier to access the area underneath the nozzle for cleaning, the turbo/enema function is not as comfortable as you would hope although I suppose that might be the point, and the fact that you cannot save a default setting for the nozzle and intensity (the way you can with the water temperature and seat temperature) is mildly frustrating; I end up pressing 6-7 buttons each use and while it's mostly muscle memory at this point a one touch/program option would be nice. HAVING SAID ALL THAT--I still wouldn't trade it for a regular toilet seat for all the money in the world, as a hirsute gentleman I've never felt cleaner and the paper savings seem substantial. The warm seat is heavenly and the deodorizer function does seem to work. BMs are just a fact of life; skip all the wipes and ointments and whatever and treat your butt right!

Missing parts

Re'cd the new BB1700 and found there is no water connection coupling to attach water supply line to. Disappointed to say the least. Now in the process of contacting BioBidet before returning to Amazon. Needless to say my plumber was not happy. Being handicapped I needed help to install although procedure is straight forward. This is my fourth BioBidet product, hoping this issue can be resolved quickly. Update: This item is discontinued by BioBidet, also Amazon recommended I contact BioBidet I did, in the process of getting a replacement not a BB1700, so we will see. I have canceled my Amazon account over the manner in which this issue was handled because I was told there would be some compensation for this mess. Plus the price of the BB1700 has been reduced by 28% but Amazon will not acknowledge that. I could just return the faulty one and buy at a cheaper price a different model. Life without Amazon will be just fine! CEK Update, after some discussion with BioBidet a replacement has been rec'd and installed, successfully. Their customer service is outstanding. Still discussing refund/ compensation with Amazon. This all has been very confusing when dealing with Amazon.
