This is a great freeze wrap that I use for my ankle since the last four days. It is large enough to fit my ankle, and anyone can wrap it around however needed. The interior is made of thousands of tiny beads. Even storing it in the freezer is much easier. The coldness lasts like 20 minutes, and it takes about an hour for it to freeze back up. this is a fantastic cold therapy wrap, which i highly recommend due to it low price and flexibility.

DO NOT BUY THIS.

When I first got this, I was very happy with it. It didn't get any rough treatment at all and was kept in a plastic bag in the freezer. Now, a little less than 4 months after getting it, beads are starting to come out when I wrap it around my ankle, even though I'm perfectly still in bed the entire time. What a piece of junk. It's true, as others have said, that the pack doesn't stay cold very long, but anything over 15 to 20 minutes isn't therapeutic anyway, so I was okay with that. This product was a big disappointment. I don't recommend it. I'm interested now to look at verified purchases that are recent. Perhaps the manufacturing changed location, or something like that, and they've gone downhill. UPDATE May 12: Despite having the old one only last 4 months, I bought another one. THE STRAP IS A COUPLE INCHES SHORTER than the one I got previously, thus rendering it completely unusable for my needs. I ordered by reordering what Amazon said I had previously ordered. What a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS.
