This is my second top mouthpiece purchased. My last one lasted a few days more than 6 months. Helps me with grinding of my teeth at night. I had just purchased a new mouth guard from dentist and it ended up in washing machine and all the $ down the drain. This is a good inexpensive option for me. Follow instructions and no issues.

Crap, don't buy. It's a good idea but it doesn't work. I grind my teeth under stress & was hoping I could bite down on this instead. maybe I read the directions wrong but It made a gloppy mess. I sure would like something so that when I grind my teeth I don't hurt so much.
