I like this a lot! I've never regularly taken creatine before so I've taken it consistently for the past 2 weeks (I had to take a few days break as I went on vacation and didn't travel with it) and I think that it is good? It may take me longer to feel the full results but I have noticed a bit of increased muscle recovery from workouts. More importantly, I have had no negative side effects, no stomach upset (and I have a sensitive stomach) or otherwise. I think that speaks to the purity of the product. I like that it has NO taste at all and dissolves easily into liquid! I add it to my morning matcha.

Needs better packaging

The packaging needs work. It would be better to put it in a shorter and wider canister. Once the current can is half empty, it’s a nuisance to get the scoop out, because your hand can’t fit in. You have to tilt it on the side and shake it towards the opening, which usually leaves some on the counter top to clean up. The creatine is fine. No problems, dissolves well, doesn’t clump as others have.
