Simple, effective, and exactly what it claims to be
By Seth Cardinal on Reviewed in the United States on November 11, 2025
A straightforward, unflavored powder that mixes cleanly and does its job without any unnecessary extras. It truly has no taste, which makes it easy to mix into water, juice, or a protein shake without noticing it’s there. The texture is fine and smooth, not chalky or gritty like some cheaper creatine powders I’ve used. It dissolves well with just a quick stir, leaving no clumps or residue behind. The packaging is also simple and clear — just the facts, no hype or over-the-top marketing. Overall, this is a no-nonsense supplement that delivers exactly what it promises. It’s affordable, effective, and easy to make part of a regular fitness routine. If you’re looking for a dependable creatine monohydrate that’s pure and hassle-free, this one’s an excellent choice.

Kinda lumpy doesn’t fully dissolve
By Nathan on Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2025
I started using this a year after I bought it since I had to use up the creatine I already had opened and I’m not a fan of this brand. It’s quite lumpy, seems to have no moisture absorbing packet in the powder and then when mixed it never seems to fully dissolve. I much prefer bodytech’s regular non micronized creatine
