Great moisturizer - didn't help excema

This is a great lotion. My baby however, had some bad excema on her forehead, cheeks, and neck. I bought this to try to help because i know it is gentler than hydrocortisone. After using it consistently, it did nothing to help my 3month old. But as soon as I used hydrocortisone cream (with doctors permission) it cleared up right away. Wanted to love this product, but it doesn't work for everyone.
