Great product. I've purchased two BioBidet's (moved and the toilets were different shape); decided to upgrade to the this one with the remote and warm air dryer. Works amazingly well. You'll never go back to just TP again. Whenever I go to a public restroom I just cringe now at not having my bidet. Installs super fast; maybe 15-20 minutes; super easy - only tool you'll need is a small wrench to tighten the water line.

NOT for Elder Care or Disabled, Not Functional Enough to Be Worth the $$$
By KBG on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2025
This item is advertised as "perfect for seniors". This bidet is NOT good for people with cognitive impairment or delicate skin. I tested this thing out myself prior to starting to use it with an elderly woman. First of all, you must be aware of your own body, and you MUST move and position yourself so that the water stream hits you where needed. You cannot just sit down and have it hit the right spot, you must be active in the washing. An elderly person with cognitive issues, does NOT have the ability to do this. Basically as a caregiver I have no idea if the water stream is just hitting one of her butt cheeks, or if it's actually doing the job. We are back to wiping at the end of attempting to wash with this unit. Second, there is little to no difference between the "female" wash and the everybody (rear end) wash. I'm not sure who this was designed for, but it's like the machine was built for these two different areas to be in the exact same place. Additionally, take a look at the photos of this unit. Notice there is a considerably steep slope to the toilet seat at the back and there is also a hinge point where the lid meets the seat. This slope rubs against the users upper butt, above the butt crack, and the lid edge is abrupt. For an elderly person who already must be monitored daily for tailbone bed sores, this seat is a huge risk. We are CONSTANTLY moving her forward to try and keep her tailbone from scraping on this area. This bidet has actually scraped off skin and made an already sensitive area worse, despite constant monitoring of this every single time we place her on the toilet. One last issue, the dryer does absolutely nothing. It is set to run for 3 minutes and it blows as if you were just blowing air with your mouth as lightly as possible. When it stops, you look in, and there are literally still water drops dripping from the persons rear. We never use the dryer and instead have to have a stack of wash cloths and a load of laundry done every day. It's odd that the air dryer is so weak, even on the highest setting, as the water pressure is the opposite and must be set to the lowest setting. If set higher it is actually quite painful (this tested and learned on myself, I would absolutely never put the water pressure high with an elderly person). If considering this bidet for elder care, and I'd say even disabled care as well, it may or may not do any proper washing, and it likely will cause injury. We paid $474 plus tax, and are throwing it away after 5 1/2 months of trying to make it work. This bidet is for younger, fully able bodied people, but even then, my complaints about the female and rear wash zones being near identical, the wash pressure being too hard, the drying being non-functional, and considering the price, I do NOT recommend this for anyone.
