Immediate skin allergic reaction

Used for the first time the day it delivered and had an allergic reaction to the product. I have sensitive skin and there is something in this that made me itch and turn red immediately after washing. Amazon refunded the purchase as it is not a returnable item, so great customer service! Not so good product-wise.
