A friend told me she used this protein powder, two scoops, with ice and 1/2 cup of fruit. I use blueberries. I add water and blend it with a Nutra Bullet small blender. I love it! Of course, I combine that with a salad for dinner and something very light for lunch. My candy addiction had to go away to lose that much weight. However, I feel fantastic and still enjoy it for breakfast. It's delicious, and you can use the fruit of your choice. I LOVE the frozen blueberries!

Chalky and gritty, bad for protein shakes, but good as ingredient for high protein snacks

A little chalky and gritty with an odd flour like aftertaste. But it does mix relatively easily and it has a great ingredient list. It's not very sweet and does indeed taste like chocolate. Instead of drinking this by itself, I've found more success using it as an ingredient. I like mixing it with some yogurt or a fruit smoothie.
