Still the best quality headphones in their class!

I purchased these as a valentines day gift for my girlfriend and she loves them! The sound quality if great and it's packed with tons of bells and whistles like: 1. Water resistance. Sweat and rain wont hurt these as long as the charging port is closed. They aren't, however, designed to be fully submerged! Although I have heard of people taking these in the shower with them with no damage incurred! 2. Audible, spoken message notifications! Whenever she gets a text or a facebook notification, they vibrate to let her know to put an earbud in and listen. Then the sender and entire text is read aloud to her! 3. Excellent range! I work for T-Mobile as a Sales rep and have had the opportunity to test out many bluetooth headsets. Many of them will claim a range of 33 feet but some will not work properly if the phone is on the wrong side of your body. Its as if your body blocks the connection somehow! But these work great regardless of phone position and even across rooms! 4. Battery life is excellent! She uses these all day, everyday for both phone calls, music, message notifications, and watching videos and she only has to charge them twice a week! 5. Fast charging! It only takes about 90 min to charge from 0% to 100%! Plus they brief you on battery level status every time they get turned on! 6. Sound quality! Phone calls are crystal clear due to built in noise reduction and echo cancellation! They also give you the option to tweak the sound settings from normal, high bass, and high treble with the press of a button! 7. Most comfortable headset. Period! We both often forget we are wearing them and have forgotten to take them off before bed multiple times! 8. Dedicated buttons. We love that there is a button for all the critical functions you need for both calls and multimedia. You can answer, hang up, mute, fast forward, rewind, skip tracks (backwards and forwards), and even pause songs without ever touching your phone! 9. Google Now support! With just the push of a button, you can prompt your phone to listen to your voice commands! With voice commands, you can call someone, send a text, open an app, check the weather, navigate somewhere with google maps, do a simple Google search, set a reminder, set an appointment, and lots of other cool stuff! Super awesome!

Love to hate, hate to love the LG Tone
By ddoth on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2016
I’m on my third pair of LG Tones. I love them … but I hate them. The sound and features are very acceptable. The quality of the parts is not. My first pair of LG Tones was a model 750. When they broke I opted to purchase model 730. When THEY broke I opted to buy another pair model of 730s. Comparing the 750’s to the 730’s: the sound quality, Bluetooth range, etc., is about the same. I prefer the 730’s because of the better placement and ease of usage of the user buttons. But here’s the BUT … regardless of model, the parts used are cheap. Really cheap. As in … so cheap they break quickly. Namely, the ON/OFF switch. After my ON/OFF switch broke on my second pair of LG Tone’s (after only three months usage) I did some online research. It seems I’m not the only one who’s noticed this part’s defect/weakness. (Go ahead, Google it yourself. There are even Youtube videos with instructions on how to fix the ON/OFF switch. Yeah, right, like I could fix that!!) After my second pair of Tones broke, after doing an internet research, and after watching Youtube videos, I tore my pair apart in search of a fix. All I ended up with is a handful of broken, cheap, unfixable plastic parts. So … I ordered my third pair of LG Tones. Conclusion: For my purposes (listening to talk radio twelve hours a day) the sound quality of the LG Tone is perfect. Sadly, the failure of just one tiny, cheap part – costing maybe 1/10 of one penny -- renders the entire product useless. Hmm … perhaps that’s by design? Lastly, and for what it’s worth…. My first pair was black, second pair was orange and current pair is red. I don’t much care about color or style but, rather, price and quality. Color or style doesn’t seem to matter as they all seem have the same crappy, cheap ON/OFF switch.
