Always Incontinence & Postpartum Pads, 54ct

These absorb well and are a decent size but only about half of the pad has adhesive. The half with adhesive IS in the middle, but that just means the front and back fold down as I pull my clothing back up after using the restroom. I then have to manually re-position the front and back part - each and every time. These would be great if the adhesive just covered more area on each end of the pad. 3 stars - I do not plan buy again at this time. I may give them another try in a year or two to see if they improve.
