AmazonBasics C Cell 1.5 Volt Batteries

The batteries work great, but alkaline batteries are kind of a no-brainer, and they all pretty much work great. Amazon loses two stars off of the maximum five on this product because the packaging is absolutely terrible! These batteries are packed in a plastic shrink wrap that is almost impossible to cut open without slicing your hand in half. It's also environmentally catastrophic, and there is absolutely no reason to continue with plastic packaging instead of switching to paper, a sustainable and renewable product that doesn't damage the environment. Shame on you, Amazon! Please up your game.
