Tastes Great, No Sugar, and Actually Works — Kiwi Strawberry is My Ride-or-Die
By Ctripledsqaured on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2025
Propel powder packets are my daily hydration hack, and the Kiwi Strawberry flavor is elite. I’ve tried just about every hydration mix out there, but I always come back to this one. It’s light, clean, and doesn’t taste like vitamins or fake sugar. Flavor & Taste: Kiwi Strawberry is refreshing and flavorful without being overpowering. It hits that perfect balance — not too sweet, not too artificial. And the best part? It completely dissolves in water. No weird powdery residue at the bottom of the bottle, ever. Performance: I reach for these after workouts, long walks, hot days, or when I just need to pep up my water. The electrolytes actually make a difference — I feel more hydrated and energized without the sugar crash you get from sports drinks. This stuff works. Convenience: Each packet is grab-and-go easy. I keep them everywhere — gym bag, purse, travel pouch. You just tear, pour, and shake. No measuring, no mess. Why I’m Obsessed: • Zero sugar • Packed with electrolytes • Doesn’t taste like chemicals • Actually helps hydration • Kiwi Strawberry = 10/10 Final Verdict: If you’re tired of hydration powders that taste like regret, get this one. Kiwi Strawberry is that girl. I always keep a stash on hand and genuinely miss it when I run out. Totally worth it.

I may have gotten a bad batch
By Jim from Powell on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2022
I've been using Propel powders for years, and Kiwi Strawberry is my favorite. I've had a bad packet here and there in the past, but this latest order had something seriously wrong with it. Of the ten boxes, nearly half tasted awful, and by awful, I mean I won't drink them. I tried a couple from each of the affected boxes and, while they had some flavor, they were almost sour. Definitely not what I'm used to. I may wait a while before I order another box of these.
