I’m so relieved to have found this prenatal. I’ve tried others and they always either gave me huge headaches or they made me beyond nauseous. I can hardly tell that I’ve taken these prenatal. There’s almost no side effects except bright yellow urine (which is normal). Which is a side effect I’ll happily accept! I LOVE that it has choline which is so important for baby’s growing brain. Thank you Thorne for a wonderful product! ****UPDATE: So I started to noticed this unsettling spaced out head pressure feeling (almost like vertigo) and I deduced it down to my prenatal vitamins. It’s a scary feeling and according to some research it can be due to the high vitamin B content. I’m a petite woman so that may be the reason? I loved these prenatals until I realized that they were the cause of these symptoms but if you don’t get that weird side effect that I did then you’re going to LOVE them.
