Good, But Better Options Out There

I love that melatonin exists to help me with my sleep. I have tried many brands at many dosages so I am aware of what can be considered good. This particular melatonin is just okay. These are 5mg gummies that are subtly sweet. While it does help me get to sleep, for whatever reason I find myself consistently waking up in the middle of the night. I’ll go back to sleep, but just the fact that I wake up for no reason bothers me. Overall, while this was nice to try, it didn’t do what I need it to do, which is ease me to sleep and keep me that way the whole night. There are better options out there.
