Samsung Note Edge Unlocked 32GB (S&D)

So is a lot I can say about this phone, but I have work so I'll keep it as simple a possible. Overall I like this phone itself no issues there(that's the 3 stars). The problem I have is I'm pretty sure that whatever was wrong with this phone is still wrong somewhat. Since day 1 this phone does this thing where it freezes up and then take me back to the screen and says something like "must enter backup password after restarting phone"(I should know it by memory by now). I unlock my phone with my fingerprint, but you can't do it after you restart it, but only by entering the backup pswd. That happened several times while traveling(day 1) which is annoying while going 80 mph down the interstate, and using the GPS. Still I didn't trip yet. I had it maybe a month and since it has been overheating a lot, and the battery dies supers fast and charges very slow even when I don't use it, or have it off. I've been getting alerts that I have issues with my battery. I'm pretty sure it still had issue from before. I have work so I'll update it more later. At this point this is my first and last refurbished phone. Also didn't like how the package came in this white bag with just the charger and phone when the pic was different, but that was no biggie considering its a refurb. On a positive note phone came faster then expected and it was not many scratches on it
