Seems to be doing the trick.

I mix a shake every day for breakfast and usually do the whey protein with coffee in it plus my regular vitamin supplements. When I got this super greens, I was out of protein so i just mixed this with my morning coffee, on ice mind you, 2 scoops, with a hot chocolate pack or two. I had great energy all week ... in fact I worked 14hrs overtime and here its Friday evening and I feel wonderful. Not sure if it was the greens but maybe a significant factor. I did experience what may have been a bit of a detox shock on Wednesday where for about an hour or two in the afternoon I felt extremely tired and rundown like something was wrong with me or like I had a spirit of fatigue, then 'poof' it was gone at about 4 oclock. Didn't think about it till now but it very well could have been detox shock as some of these ingredients are known to detox you. I'm also losing some weight without effort and not craving carbs or lunch so bad ... I like that ... I work with some people who have never skipped a meal and boy they love to eat lunch. its almost disgusting sometimes, with the smells and the dirty carpet and all the money they spend. I get tired and heavy feeling if I eat lunch unless its just a piece of fruit or something, so I usually just skip it. I like feeling my body edging towards ketosis because my liver glycogen is low, makes me feel like I'm losing weight, disciplining my body and fighting off cancer. I'm a healthy 54 year old by the way, a bit overweight but not obese. I've taken broken cell chlorella and spirulina powders before and those are good, this is a mix so thats fine. I think the product is fine, seems fresh, has a bit of that Chlorophyl taste which is expected so you'll want to mix it with something...chocolate or coffee is fine. Its good for you and good for your guts and bowels ... also it'll detox you, so give it a try...seems reasonably priced. I'm going to mix this with the whey protein chocolate flavored next week hopefully...then I'll feel like I'm getting a more complete breakfast. Good product...would buy again. Thanks

Worked Well Initially But Ended Up Making Me Sick

I purchased two of these on separate occasions. The first 30 day supply seemed to work well, It was probably my favorite out of the three or so greens powders I have tried. The flavor is what you'd expect - just choke it back, but it probably made me feel the best out of every similar product I had used. It also blended pretty well. However, about halfway through my second container, I started getting sick. Through process of elimination I eventually reached the conclusion that it was THIS that was making me sick. Nausea the entire day, some weird dizziness/vertigo sensation when standing at times that is hard to describe, extra brain fog + fatigue, and a mild cough were all experienced while using this. After I switched to a different powder, those symptoms went away. I'm not exactly sure what ingredient in here ended up doing this to me - it may just be the way my body reacts to this specific product. Regardless, I wanted to put this out there for people to factor into their purchase decision.
