I am extremely busy and usually do not eat until 8pm. The dinning room is closed. When I noticed my nails breaking and loss of hair, I decided to try this product. My hair loss is not as great and it is helping my nails. Hopefully soon, I will be able to obtain the proper nutrients from food. However, it will take a long time for my nails and hair to return to normal. I keep it in the original container and due not fill my daily meds due to the odor. It is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I will be reordering this soon.
