Great way to hydrate (rehydrate) children and adults

I purchased these Pedialyte Freezer pops to keep on hand for when my grandchildren visit or for any adult that needs to have this hydrating liquid. The only reason I gave this product a 3 star for traveling is because these are to be frozen. However, if in a pinch, these could be opened and drank from the pouch.

Tasted pretty bad but needed them when I was sick and dehydrated. Not sure if they made much of a difference
