I put a bit in a glass and add carbonated water to make ginger ale that taste as good as store-brand ginger ale, maybe even as good as name brand ginger ale. I with the price were lower, but I'm satisfied.

I love the flavor but when I put it into carbonated water it bubbles and pours out like crazy and I end up losing half of it.
