This face wash has been a game-changer for my seborrheic dermatitis. It significantly reduces redness and inflammation, while soothing dry, irritated skin. It also helps heal the tiny pinhead-sized zits that often come with flare-ups. Best of all, it completely relieves dandruff, something I’ve struggled with for years.
