(3 Pack) Dr. Squatch All Natural Bar Soap for Men

To start with I picked up their Nautical Sage block because the ones I really wanted to try, Bay Rum and Cedar Citrus, we’re out of stock (I guess that means they’re popular) and I ran out of my usual gel. Figured, “why not”, at worse I wouldn’t care for it and go back when it was used up. I don’t know if it’s because I’m coming from gel/liquid after so long or what but after each time I use the soap I kind of feel, “coated”?. It’s hard to describe, it’s sticky but not sticky at the same time. The feeling isn’t noticeable after drying off however. The smell is super strong on the bar and during showering. Immediately afterwards, however, neither myself or my spouse can smell anything on me. In fact, we smell it more as it slowly wafts out of the bathroom and into the room. Nice clean feeling at least. It has a great lather I’ll give it that. A quick splash of water and swift rub between your palms creates a great amount of suds. It’s also only been a week of use for me so far and I’ll update when it’s used up but so far it seems to be good at moisturizing my skin. My legs and arms generally tend to have that faint layer of dry flaky skin, probably from harsh or non-moisturizing soaps, and so far I can’t say I see any of that. As I’ve said before I’m used to gels so I don’t know if there is a technique to making soap last longer but the bar is noticeably smaller. I’d honestly be surprised if it lasts the month because to me, paying $10 for soap is a bit ridiculous if I have to replace it twice a month. Honestly, I think it’s worth trying out if you’re even remotely curious. I don’t personally care for the sage scent myself, but it’s not so bad that it makes me not want to finish using it. Edit: This bar lasted 3 weeks exactly for me.
