Gorilla Carts 800lb Capacity Heavy Duty Garden Cart

When we received the item, the box was very beat up and bent in. I blamed the shipping company, as I've seen how rough they are with boxes. However, upon opening the box it was very clear that this was a returned item. Just to be clear - I did pay full price for a new item - not a "Used - Like New" or anything discounted like that. Upon taking it apart, it was evident that someone had attempted to put it together before and then took it apart and shoved it back in the box. There were several missing pieces. With it being such a large item, we didn't want the hassle of having to return it and wait for a new one. Thankfully, we were able to contact the manufacturer - Gorilla - and upon confirmation of the purchase, they are sending us the missing parts. But it is a real inconvenience to have to wait for the missing pieces now. Once we receive the missing pieces, I will try and remember to update with info on the actual product. But for now, I'm disappointed in what I was originally sent.
