Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health Ease Mini Tabs

I have been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for a couple of years and my joint stiffness has disappeared. Can that be attributed to these? Beats me. I didn't do any double-blind test. I only know before and after. In the past, I tried the regular pills but they are huge. The one per day regular pill is a horse pill! Tough to swallow. I thought I would try these. The pills are much smaller, coated, and easy to swallow. Whether or not they are as effective, I do not yet know., or may not be able to tell. Time may tell. One mild objection: The pills are not loose in a bottle. They are packaged on a blister-pack card with a number of pills per card, individually wrapped. This is kind of a hassle in that I have a weekly AM/PM pill box that I restock once per week. So, I am popping 7 blisters to fill the 7 days. Not the biggest problem in the world, but something to keep in mind if that sort of thing annoys you.
