Cheez-It Hot and Spicy Baked Snack Crackers

An occasional treat, this hot and spicy variety is my favorite although the other adult in residence won’t touch them –the flavor is too intense. Requiring no embellishment the cracker stands alone, and just a handful are satisfying. They are quite high in sodium at 230mg per 25 cracker, 150 calorie serving. Carbohydrate level is 18 grams, no sugar, 8 grams fat (2 saturated), 1 gram fiber and 2 grams protein. The box I ordered from prime pantry has an expiration date six months in the future.
