Bag is supposed to be wet

For those saying they got a used filter, the filters come in a sealed bag that has water in it because the filter must always remain wet. Our first filter lasted a little less than 2 years, refilling the Alexapure about one time per day. Great value.

Impregnable

The Alexapure water filter I purchased through Amazon was impregnable to tap water. It's as if it hot been impregnated under high pressure with hot wax. This is the third filter I have purchased for my Alexapure water filter. The prior 2 were fine. So that gives the Alexapure company a very poor quality control percentage. 1 out of 3 filters inoperable. And I am out $100.55. If I could have given this product a negative one million stars I would have. Feeling angry & ripped off.
