No gimmicks, no BS, just a kick ass mouse that is a steal for 40$

So I'm a long time Heavy/expensive mouse user. I'm one of those people that are perfectly fine with spending 70+ dollars on a mouse. So when i decided to get this mouse My biggest worry was build quality and feel. Especially since the pictures on amazon make the mouse look kinda cheap IMO. but really this mouse is fantastic. The build quality is superb, and i actually prefer the feel of it over my G502. The soft rubber coating is silky smooth but sadly picks up on finger oils easily. Again though the I thinks its still better that the gunk that eventually build up on some mice with the textured grips (like on the side of the G502, or some razor mice). Oh and the rbg lighting looks good too. Personally I Don't care much about those things but all the colors on my mouse look very solid and accurate if that makes sense. a con might be that the colors are locked to your DPI i suppose But I'm thinking of modding the lights off any way. For performance I'd say its great. PMW 3360... Really can go wrong its a great senser that feels crisp and amazing. If you have a lazer senser or maybe just have one of those Cheap Wireless mice it will improve your gaming accuracy in a way. Plus you might feel how nice and responsive it noticeably is. But if you have you any other optical sensor like a 3310 its not gonna be any different really. For me coming from the G502 with the 3366 sensor I don't feel any more accurate than i was before. But it does feel easier to actually move around due to the light weight. Also the mouse feet for me are the quietest I have RN. Compared the the G502 and Razor Death Adder its noticeable but not a big deal also. I was worried since the mouse price was so low the mouse feet were gonna be skimped out on. The side buttons feel weird and soft though. I Mainly use side buttons as media keys and toggle to speak keys so i don't really care much for them. Final thoughts than. its a great mouse and definitely recommend it. I think its a better choice over the zowie mice I feel due to the cheaper price and technically better sensor on paper. its also 10$ cheaper than the DM1 pro with the same senser and same shape. Also do yourselves a favor and don't buy into all the Gimmicky BS of super expensive Gaming mice. so yeah first review on amazon so sorry if its crap. But I really like this mouse and i think more people should look into this if their interested.

Good performance, decent mouse.

There's a lot that's not perfect about the revel, but not much I didn't already expect having followed its production and viewing feedback on it for some time. If you know what you're buying has X problem, you shouldn't dock it for having X problem. What I didn't know is that the side buttons aren't just bad.. they are BAD. And even if you get a Revel that doesn't have QC issues with the left and right mouse buttons, the left and right mouse buttons will still always feel a bit inconsistent because of the way the mouse shell is designed supposedly. If you're like me, when you first get this mouse you'll start laughing because it feels so cheap that it's legitimately funny; but make no mistake, it has killer performance with the 3360, a very low input delay, a shape many love, and a price point that I wouldn't say is a "good deal", but is simply very appropriate when you consider its shortcomings. If you liked your glossy finish mice in the past, the glossy coat on this one is very nice as well. You'll just have to clean it pretty regularly because even the cleanest person leaves a surprising amount of gunk on these things. Edit: Middle mouse button is double or even triple clicking. No excuse for that, knocked down two stars. Edit 2: Nixeus responded to my review offering "help with any further issues", but considering I have failing hardware there's not any help I could use aside from a replacement. I noticed they seem to respond to everyone with a negative review, and if they infer by your review date that your warranty is up, they don't offer you a replacement in their response. Well that rubbed me the wrong way because I felt it was just virtue signalling to reply to these people they weren't going to help.. so I emailed them and asked if a replacement was what they were implying they could do for me since that's the only thing they could actually help me with, and what do you know, they offered me one even though my warranty was over years ago. I didn't follow up and have it done because the sensei shape doesn't agree with me anyway, but I was very glad to see that they have some nice folks over there. Bumped my review up a star for that.
