Packaging and dispensing is terrible.

The product inside the packaging is great. It is smooth, non greasy and light. However, the packaging is terrible. The product doesn’t come through the pump. You can take the pump off but the product gets stuck in the bottle. It just seems wasteful. I wish it could be packaged in a tub.
