I bought these vitamins to supplement my diet during winter months. The recommended serving is 4 capsules daily; 2 capsules in am and 2 capsules in pm with meals. I only took 2 capsules after breakfast and still felt like I had more energy during the day.

CHECK THE CALCIUM!!

Too much calcium is not a good thing, so the manufacturers are probably assuming a standard American diet for most users, which would be a lot of dairy. However, if you do not consume a lot of dairy, or do not go out of your way to get adequate calcium, please read the label (15% of your daily requirement!) and please get a good calcium supplement, especially if you are a post menopausal woman. I have to include some other separate supplements but I appreciate this organic, food-based multi. Just know what you are getting, do not assume, read carefully, and be informed.
