Why did the constipated mathematician start a blog?

He needed a place to work out his number two problems. So one of the unfortunate side effects of the most effective diabetic control/weight loss regiments is constipation. I've found this to be helpful. The sifting pour cap is helpful for control and breaking any clumps. While a cap full is the recommended daily use, I've found that I need to use a little less (half a cap) for the right "consistency" (both viscosity and timeline). Works gently to relieve the stress of constipation and any gas and bloating too. Good luck.

Shipping/Handling concerns.

Product is what was ordered. Shipping however was not respected at all. Plastic bottle had deep dents and creases from really bad handling. Will not purchase this from Amazon again. Product was not compromised so I keep it.
