While I have been a lifelong fan of gum chewing and bubble blowing, imagine my surprise when my dentist praised my "habit" and said it was helping me with my dental care. He reiterated that selecting sugar free gum with xylitol is the key to chewing the "right" gum. I love this mentos spearmint gum. When I pop a piece & start chewing, a nice fresh burst of breath freshening spearmint flavor freshens up my mouth and breath for at least a few hours. I love this gum!
