Excellent for sensitive skin
By Areyda Kraudy on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2025
I have been using La Roche-Posay Toleriane Facial for several weeks and it has definitely been one of the best options for my sensitive skin. Since I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement in the hydration and softness of my skin. It has no fragrance, which is ideal for my skin type, which usually reacts with irritations to products with perfumes. Its texture is light, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly without leaving residue. In addition, I have noticed that the skin looks calmer, even after exposure to the sun or cold. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone with sensitive or reactive skin. It is a high quality product, with a formula that really fulfills what it promises: moisturize and protect the skin.

Cleans Well, But Leaves My Skin Feeling Dry
By Kelsey Kuhn-SAHM on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2025
I’m a big fan of La Roche-Posay in general, so I had high hopes for this foaming cleanser. It definitely does the job when it comes to removing dirt and oil—my face always feels clean after using it. But I’ve noticed that it also leaves my skin feeling a little tight and dry afterward, especially around my cheeks and jawline. I have combination skin, so it’s possible this formula is just a bit too stripping for me. Or maybe it’s disrupting my skin barrier more than I realized. Hard to say. I really wanted to love it, but I think I’ll be switching to something a little more hydrating or gentle. If you have oily skin, this might be a great fit—but for combo or sensitive skin types, it might be worth patch testing first.
