Zint Unflavored Gelatin Powder (10 Ounce)

Having had some seriously stressful issues for a number of years, my hair started falling out and over time became so thin that I could do nothing with it which didn't end up with scalp showing everywhere. I've been taking this gelatin for almost a month and I have seen visible improvement. I can now pin my hair back, or put it up with no scalp showing where it's not supposed to. Also, I had a couple of spots that were basically bald, and now my hair has started to grow in those areas. I have noticed that my hair, which was always somewhat fine and slippery, now feels a bit more coarse, or just thicker, which I am happy about because I can go back to having bangs again. My hair also seems shinier to me. For some reason, I've always had strong nails, and while I was losing hair, my nails still seemed to stay strong, so I cannot speak to that. I sit this next to my coffee maker, and mix one full teaspoonful in my first cup of coffee each morning. I have no idea how much you are supposed to take, but this has worked for me. The coffee doesn't taste any different to me.
