Stays Cold For a Long Time and Remains Pliable

When I was in a Rehab hospital, this the cold/hot pack they used. They only used this brand of cold/hot pack because they were so durable. I had other cold/hot packs at the house; however, they did not stay cold enough or long enough. So, I ordered 2 of the packs. They have worked extremely well, and they are durable. I would purchase same again.

Seam was not durable and leaked two weeks after the last returnable date. Tried to contact Amazon Customer Service and found that impossible. So guess I am stuck with faulty product.
