Encha Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea

REALLY good matcha powder. I was not a matcha girl but I wanted to be, I just hated how starbucks matcha tasted like shorn grass. This stuff is rich and green and tastes fresh. I have major issues with the way my body processes caffeine from coffee, even a small cup in the morning can keep me up with anxiety all night. However, I have had none of that with this matcha, and that is a serious compliment, considering that's the whole reason I switched to matcha. easily dissolves in warm water with a matcha whisk without the need to sift, you still get a little of that foam people seem to be obsessed with. I do think the price is quite steep but I understand I purchased a premium matcha so that's to be expected.
