This is my favorite KIND product. I occasionally will just eat 2 of these for lunch and I'm okay until dinner. Tastes fantastic and the protein helps carry you through the day.

These are not as healthy as marketed. Okay as a snack but would not recommend it you want something healthy. I prefer another brand of nut bar which is cheaper and less sweet.
