Love this spray! It helps my kids sleep on restless nights! Life saver!! I tried it for the first time earlier and it surely worked on me too (I have insomnia and anxiety). This spray is a helpful relief however I'm not happy that they've dramatically increased the price. There are plenty of other Melatonin sprays that are equally effective for half the new price of this one ($18+ tax). You can spend $8-12 on a spray that is equivalent. Better yet the dissolvable tablets are $5 and just as great. My mother mentioned that you can find the tablets for $1 at Dollar tree... But I do love the $5 bottle of the dissolvable tablets. Melatonin is natural and created by our Pineal gland. I love the supplements they truly help so much.
