My FACEBOOK POST (copied/pasted to here): --- It is SOOOO Expensive, is the only problem.. HAHA Health Tip!!!! (It's a NOVEL) Any time I go through a health challenge, I try figuring it out and then resolve it. Most things are easy. However, a recent gym BUG (Staph) has had me BESIDE myself and puzzled and FRUSTRATED. It has taken me a few months to resolve!!! A small Staph infection spot, that would go away and return, and slightly move; in a very bad area (upper tailbone) - VERY hard to keep dry, let me tell ya'!!!! If it were anywhere else, it would have been MUCH easier with SILVER and other powerhouses! Anyway, it would return or re-appear and move-slightly South. Confused & frustrated I went off to the Doctor a couple of months ago. As usual, they complicated it. The antibiotic killed the bug, but also devastated my oh-so-delicate Microbiome (Good Skin Bacteria) but I didn’t think of it at the time. I never really focused on the Skin's Microbiome... My My, that has changed! Have learned a TON about skin in recent months. I have focused on every organ, over the years but not the LARGEST and arguably the most important organ of all: THE SKIN! It is a shield with it’s own Universe of good and bad bacteria, all the time... Unless antibiotics, soaps, etc have depleted that Universe! The side effects from the antibiotics, made my legs itch. It also kills the good bacteria in the gutt and Candida (Yeast / Fungus) sets in. Good bacteria keep these fungus' at bay, but if you deplete those, FUNGUS and other problems come. My itching legs was another side effect: Eczema! I didn't know it was Eczema until recently, I thought it was "Jock Itch" from Candida overgrowth (which is easy to fix with "DIET") My Primary Care DR, that I do not see very often, thankfully, sent me to a Dermatologist. I had a conversation with her, up-front, and told her I would NOT be taking pills for Eczema, which is a side effect from the Antibiotics. She was great and agreed with me. She did however prescribe a SILVER GEL! Woohooo, GO SILVER! She was baffeled when I told her I make Colloidal Silver. Not sure she knew what it was, at first. Anyway, the Medical System... I couldn't imagine being a person that doesn't know how it works: Health and the Medical Models. Had I been "normal" people, I would have been entrapped in the model of: Pill for this, Pill for the side effects of that pill and so-on... TOTALLY TRADGIC... She agreed with that as well! So, I am an itcher, I always have been. I would itch the Eczema and it would get infected because of no or little "Good" Skin Bacteria, left over from the anti-biotics. I have stopped that. I also bought this (link below) Pro-Biotic spray that literally changed the appearance and health of my skin OVER NIGHT... Simply AMAZING product. And yes, I also am using coconut oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. It stinks up my office, but has to be done. Good SKIN BACTERIA keeps that bad guys from infecting cuts and getting inside! SOOOOO IMPORTANT!!!! Apple Cider Vinegar is an AMAZING start.... Topically and internally for the gutt, which supports the skin bacteria! Eczema is a direct side effect of a bad GUTT.... My Point is this: The skin is important. Lotions and soaps KILL the good bacteria! Even my essential oil soaps kill the good bugs! Have to minimize all of it! GUTT HEALTH, protects SKIN and promotes SKIN health! FOCUS ON GUTT, focus on LIFE! As ALWAYS, I go on from the knowledge and I assist Humanity. I should have been a Naturalpathic Doctor... I have learned so much about SKIN, it's crazy... Some things I have done in the past (Behaviors) are changing and that is exciting! #LessSoap LESS SOAP! Less is MORE!
