These works so well for my son to stay regular, and I love that is flavorless, so you can add powder to anything :)

Doesn’t mix well

I got this to put in my kids drink because he has a bunch of food and stomach issues. It does not mix very well at all. It leaves it really chunky which is not fun to drink. So I ended up buying a different brand, and just not even using this one. Disappointed!
