Disappointed with Recent Order – Quality and Fulfillment Issues

I’ve been a regular customer, purchasing this coffee monthly without issues—until now. This time, I was charged for four packs, but only one pack was delivered. To make matters worse, the coffee no longer arrives vacuum-sealed as it used to. The lack of proper sealing has noticeably affected the flavor; it tastes stale and flat, which is very disappointing for a product I once enjoyed. I hope the seller addresses these quality control and shipping issues soon. Until then, I can’t recommend this product.
