Welp, I missed the fact that two items came in this package and was delighted! Now I don't need to go without a cold one once the first melts! This is the perfect size for a wrist or elbow - which is exactly what I got it for. Wrap is not too long or too short. Solid item and I feel better they're in the freezer waiting for me when - inevitably!- I need them.

Convenient but does not last long

I bought one 3”x5” coldpak with 14”wrap to try for achilles pain. The fit is really good and secure, but the cold lasts maybe 10-15 minutes after freezing for 2 hr. Should have bought two or the bigger coldpak size.
