Thought I did not need this but wow first time using sold me thin easy to read nice size buttons comes with charger just sits on top not too long to charge, long cord easy to pop on top brush get some extra tops this is very nice soft on teeth alerts you with beeps when you are pressing too hard on teeth as well Love it now will always use this nice brand good price I have sensitive teeth and this does not bother me nor my gums good purchase keeper for sure get one

2 years - starting to fail

I like the product, but after 2 years it has begun to fail. The brush head is clearly loose internally and making rattling noises while running. I would have expected an expensive product to last much longer (my prev phillips lasted years and years...so long that I lost track) UPDATE: Now failed totally after a couple of more weeks
