I started taking this because topical products with CoQ10 made such a positive observable different in my skin's appearance. Well, I am sure taking this supplement supports that, but I also found that it lowered by PB. I have recommended it to others who were pleasantly supersized to see their BP improve too.

Disappointed in Marketing and Packaging

The qunol.com website categorize the liquid form as Ubiquinone. Uniquinone and ubiquinol are two forms of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). The key difference is that ubiquinol is the active form, directly involved in energy production within mitochondria, and it's also a more potent antioxidant. “Superior absorption” is misleading. I won’t buy the liquid form again but I will try the capsule next time I was also Disappointed the cap on the liquid bottle does not seal tight especially since it’s recommended you shake well before using. Makes me doubt if it’s staying fresh.
