I wanted to have sausage on hand for queso dip but didn’t want to rake up room in the freezer, so thought i would try these crumbles. They needed more time soaking in water than the directions said, but the flavor was good. I separated it into 1-cup servings and vacuum-packed the rest of the can. Think the directions need to be modified to add extra soaking time, but overall I am happy with this purchase

Good quality, but very mild flavor. It may be right for you if you do not like strong flavors. Still this works well for weekly lunch prep or to have around for breakfast scramble or similar foods.
