While this is labeled a child’s brush, I’ve found that the bristles perfectly fit the contours of my teeth and easily reaches the hard to reach back teeth. It’s durable and stands up to daily use.

No Charge on Arrival and Won’t Charge

I ordered 2 of these and have had them in the past with no issues. Both units ariived last week. Neither had the initial charge that the manual says they will have and neither will charge at all. So disappointing and frustrating. I am currently trying to find what step I may be missing because what are the odds both would be malfunctioning?!?!? So far, I’m not finding any troubleshooting steps to help solve the issue. I was really hoping it was user error but no such luck. Will return next week if I can’t find the secret solution. How disappointing!! Seriously considering of I will repurchase but I’ve used a Sonicare for over 20 years! What has happened to their quality???
