Nice little “basic” charger for new USB-C devices and old USB-A

So far so good, only used once to charge phone since I just recently got this. It is a much-needed upgrade from the huge outdated bank I had, this is much better and lighter, thinner. Charged phone pretty quickly. Great price during Prime Days. I love the paw charging light, just a cute feature. The net carrying bag and strap will come in handy, however I’d have preferred the bag be made out of a solid material, net is going to grab every piece of lint in my life. Or maybe even a case of some kind would be nice, even a basic one. Good enough flashlight onboard. Multiple output ports, 1 USBC, 2 USBA. Unit and my new charging plug got VERY warm while topping up charge that the unit already arrived with. I unplugged to cool then plugged back in to finish charge. All in all I believe this will turn out to be a good purchase.

At first this power pack seemed to be working fine. I used it to power a small bird bath fountain for a few days, and it worked okay and charged back up just fine. Then, the other day we had a bad storm and lost power for 28 hours. The power pack did charge our cell phones, although somewhat slowly. It got down to just the "paw pad" on the power display (no toes), and I plugged it in to recharge. But after hours and hours, it won't get past the paw pad and one toe. Besides that, the metal piece that plugs into the charging brick got very hot, which is a bit scary. I won't bother to return it, because of the problems another reviewer had due to the lithium battery. But what a waste of money for two weeks worth of use! UPDATE, July 13, 2025: I put in for a return and was contacted by the seller, who asked what the problem was. They advised me to totally drain the power pack battery, then plug it in and let it fully charge. I was skeptical, but I followed their instructions and it did FINALLY fully charge, up to the full "paw print," but it took about a full day. I am now using it to power my birdbath and this is the third day that it is running (I unplug it at night). So it is working well, but I just hope I don't have problems in the future with recharging. I've updated my review from one star to three, because I'm not sure what will happen next time I recharge. The power pack's battery does seem to last quite a while.
