Shampoo

I was so scared to use this product. I searched and searched for a clarifying shampoo and the reviews for all of them I looked at talked about burning scalps and hair loss. When I ordered it, it said clarifying but the bottle didn’t say it. I even checked the same products on stores like Ulta because I heard reviews can be fake. I always try to check 1 star reviews for more important orders. Well, I washed my hair with it the night I got it. It suds up so good I loved it. Even better, it got rid of my build up. I moved to a new place but I didn’t change products so I’m not sure what caused the build up. By the way for whoever is reading this, I used Walmart brand baby shampoo and that helped get rid of the build up a good bit. Not completely, but it bought me time until this came in! It didn’t bother my scalp and I didn’t lose any hair. It is pricey though.

Too much trouble!

This may be a good product, but the packaging makes it miserable to use. IMHO I believe that anything designed to be used in the shower should come in a pump container - not something that has to have the cap removed or, in this case, the top of the cap flipped up. I broke a fingernail trying to flip the damn thing open! And then, the shampoo itself is so thick that it's difficult to get it to come out of the container. I'm sorry I purchased this and would return it if I could.
